About Me

I’ve been a therapist for 7 years, working originally in school based therapy services and then private practice. My style is a mix of warm, fuzzy, sarcastic, and goofy with a solid base of authenticity. I’m half preschool teacher and half no-nonsense friend with a good sense of humor who loves you too much to let you keep doing the thing over and over again.

With all of my clients, even the littlest of the littles, I trust that they are the expert of their own experiences and I am there to create a space and relationship to access the knowledge, healing, and growth that already lies within.

I practice from a client-centered, relational framework mainly but incorporate other modalities as needed.

I love to work with:

  • Young children and their parents

  • Teens and adolescents

  • Neurodivergent children, adolescents, and teens (including PDA profile)

  • Grief and loss in childhood

  • Young adulthood and life transitions

  • Parents of neurodivergent children

I have completed trainings and continuing education in:

Gestalt play therapy

Pathological Demand Avoidance/Persistent Drive for Autonomy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Advanced Grief Counseling
